In the PEQD, subjects were requested to evaluate the quality of diabetes care provided by their doctor as well as their DNS during the past 12 months using two separate 14 item about waiting times, lenght of consultation, information provison, support, overall quality, accessability. 1-5 point evaluation scale (poor to excellent); item scores and total score.
