These 27 items asked about the effect of foot issues may have on daily life and well-being. Patient need to recall (in the past 4 weeks) about their feeling, experienced the foot issue symptoms how foot issues affect their daily activities, relationships and feelings. The scores were measured according to a three point Likert scale with the following categories: (all the time, sometime, never), (very much, somewhat, not at all) and (agree, neither agree or disagree, disagree).
