SOFs

In this section, we present ‘Summary of findings’ tables for the four conditions: type 2 diabetes, obesity, COPD, and HF.

‘Summary of findings’ tables present the main findings of the self-management interventions we identified in a transparent, structured, and simple tabular format. In particular, they provide key information concerning the certainty of evidence (i.e., the confidence or certainty in the range of an effect estimate or an association), the magnitude of the effects of the interventions examined, and the sum of available data on the main outcomes.

Select the condition of interest to view the ‘Summary of findings’ tables.
