The (GSLTPAQ) has a recall period of a 7-day period asking the frequency per week of strenuous (heart beats rapidly), moderate (not exhausting) and mild (minimal effort) exercise for more than 15 min; frequency of regular activity long enough to work up and sweat. This simple instrument has potential value for the assessment of leisure time exercise behavior, offering the possibility of examining changes in behavior following the implementation of health and physical fitness promotion programmes in the community. it comprised 3 items
