The NZPAQ-SF is a surveillance tool that assesses three dimensions of physical activity (frequency, duration, and intensity). It is a modified version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short (IPAQ-Short) and is relevant and culturally appropriate to the New Zealand context.
