The 7 Day PAR is an instrument used to recall and record all of the physical activities the participant engaged in during the previous 7 days. The interviewer utilizes a script to administer the questionnaire. Show cards are used to distinguish between moderate, hard, and very hard physical activities. The participant needs to provide details about these activities during the morning, afternoon, and evening of the last 7 days. A worksheet is used to calculate MET-hrs (metabolic equivalent of task hours) per week or MET-hrs per day. The worksheet is also used to calculate TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) in kcal/kg/da
