The PPAQ is a 8 item questionniares designed to measure participation in leisure time PA among adults 18 years of age and above. The most recent version of the PPAQ consists of 8 questions. The first 4 questions on this version of the PPAQ are used to compute a PA index that provides an estimate of energy expenditure (MET-min·wk–1)
