The Barriers-specific Self-Efficacy Scale is a 13-item questionnaire which measures beliefs in personal abilities to exercise in the face of barriers such as discouragement or bad weather. All items are presented on a continuum from 0 “not confident at all” to 100 “completely confident” to complete the task.
