The FSFI is a widely-used measure of Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD). It assesses 6 domains: desire; arousal; lubrication; orgasm; satisfaction; and pain. Validation studies in women aged 21 to 70 have demonstrated excellent internal consistency and 2–4 week test-retest reliability for each subscale.
