Measures perceived social support specific to health-related eating and exercise behaviors. A distinction is made between support from family and support from friends. Five scales can be computed: a general support scale, support of friends in relation to eating or excercise and support from family to eating or excercise. Their are 20 items related to excercise and 20 to diet. Items are scored on a 5-point Likert-type scale ranging from 1 (none) to 5 (very often)
